LIVE2LEAD 2020!

A World-Renowned Leader, a Hooters Girl, a King of Comedy, a Legendary CEO, and a Pastor Walk Into…

This isn’t actually a joke. It’s going to happen at Live2Lead 2020!

These folks will walk into your life to share their wisdom and help you transform your life.

On October 9, 2020, you have the opportunity to hear them speak.

Which means you also have the opportunity to say no. You can shut the door and do what you’ve always done.

Or you could do something different and join us for Live2Lead 2020, the premier leader event in the world hosted by John C. Maxwell.

“Success is due to our stretching to the challenges of life. Failure comes when we shrink from them.”

— John C. Maxwell

My friend, John C. Maxwell, has written over 100 books for leaders. Books that have sold over 30 million copies and made #1 on the New York Times best seller list. The American Management Association identified him as the #1 leader in business, while Inc. magazine called him the world’s most influential leadership expert.

He didn’t get there by not practicing.

His dad taught him to learn from the best and practice what he learned.

You have the same opportunity on October 9, 2020 when you attend Live2Lead 2020.

“We are blinded by our own progress. To break through: Imagine someone takes your place tomorrow, what is one thing they would immediately make better on their first day? What can’t that be you?”

— Kat Cole

When she was 17, she started working at Hooters as a hostess. When she was 18, she started working as a waitress there.

By the time she was 19, she was part of the team that opened Hooters restaurants in other countries. Places where the name of the restaurant doesn’t translate well, and people thought they served owl wings.

When she was 20, she was offered a corporate job at Hooters HQ. By 26, she was a vice-president responsible for $800 million in revenue, without a college degree.

She served on boards for restaurant associations, managed to get into an MBA program without a bachelor’s degree, and became the president of Cinnabon, another company owned by FOCUS Brands, when Cinnabon suffered tremendous losses year over year because of the recession that started back in 2008.

What did she do?

She rolled up her sleeves and went to work.

Not in the fancy corner office with a rubber tree plant.

She spent her first 60 days out at the franchises, rolling cinnamon rolls, taking out the trash, learning, listening, watching, and asking these three questions of everyone she met:

“What do we throw away?”

“When do we say no?”

“If you were me, the president of this company, what is one thing you would do differently to make this business better?”

Now, she’s the COO and President of FOCUS Brands, the owner of Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzky’s.

You will learn a lot from her when you attend Live2Lead 2020 October 9, 2020!

“You have to jump and take a leap of faith in order to soar.”

— Steve Harvey

He’s been a boxer, factory worker, carpet cleaner, mailman, and an insurance salesman. After he started doing stand-up, he was homeless for three years.

He lived out of his car, took showers at truck stops, and relied on friends who believed in him for work that didn’t involve lots of laughter.

Less than 10 years later, he became a founding member of the Kings of Comedy, the highest grossing comedy tour in history.

He’s won 6 Daytime Emmy Awards and has continued to host the Miss Universe pageant.

And you have the opportunity to learn from him at Live2Lead 2020 on October 9, 2020!

“Leadership is having a compelling vision, a comprehensive plan, relentless implementation, and talented people working together.”

— Alan Mulally

Imagine your first day as the leader of a 100+ year old manufacturing company still controlled by the founding family…with regional silos, loads of brands…losing market share every year and money like a blind man rolling dice.

Now imagine that you have absolutely zero background in what they make. None. Nada. Zip.

In fact, the team you now lead wonders why you got picked. Why they didn’t…when they are industry experts and you are an outsider.

Now imagine your mission is to turn the company around.

Sounds like Mission Impossible?

Not to Alan Mulally.

And after you learn from Alan at Live2Lead 2020 on October 9, 2020, it won’t sound impossible to you either.

“The decisions you make today will determine the stories you tell tomorrow.”

— Craig Groeschel

In 1996, a young pastor started a church in his garage. Not a workshop for cars kind of garage…the kind that barely fits two cars and is attached to your house kind of garage.

Before he did that, he did his research on his potential “customers” and designed his “business” from what he learned during that research.

Now, he leads the largest Protestant church in the US with more than 32 campuses and over 100,000 people in attendance every week.

How did he do that?

He embraced technology.

He now leads a digital church, complete with a free app that has had over 425 million downloads.

You will learn more from Craig when you attend Live2Lead 2020 on October 9, 2020.

Not only do you get to learn from:

  • John C. Maxwell on how to transform communities
  • Kat Cole on how chaos and life circumstances honed her leadership
  • Steve Harvey
  • Alan Mulally
  • Craig Groeschel

BONUS!

You also get access to lessons taught last year by:

  • Marcus Buckingham on patterns of excellence
  • Rachel Hollis on becoming a better leader
  • Chris Hogan on the benefits of servant leadership
  • Angela Ahrendts on leading at a high level

…and much, much more!
